SHIPPING INFORMATION

Continental United States

Orders for in-stock items are processed within two to three (2-3) business days (Tuesday through Friday, not including holidays), pending availability, credit card authorization and verification.

Shipping is complimentary within the continental United States for orders over $500. All jewelry is shipped via FedEx and signature is required upon arrival. Please note that an adult must be present at the delivery address for acceptance of the package. We will contact you to coordinate delivery prior to shipping your order.

• We are not able to ship to a PO BOX.
• Purchases made by credit card can ONLY be shipped to the address registered with the credit card company.
• If there is any damage to your package, such as a broken seal or open box, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
